Welcome! Head and Heart Counseling grew from a desire to help with restoration and hope in individuals, couples, and families.  This office is a solo practice, run and operated by one therapist who works with a person-centered approach and with the lens of family system therapy to assist in improving healthier communication, personal growth, addressing life issues and exploring past trauma. Therapy can provide tools and strategizes to have a healthier approach in the situations and relationships within your life.  Head and Heart Counseling strives to create a comfortable and safe environment for you to grow, have restoration and wholiness!

We approach counseling from a Christian perspective, working with both Christian and non-Christian clients to achieve their personal goals for healing and restoration. We respect each client’s individual belief system throughout the course of the therapeutic process and allow the client to set the pace and depth of spiritual discussions in therapy.
